When you create new meetings in Prepare, it has until now only been possible to make a copy of a meeting within the same committee. At the same time, it was only possible to copy topics without content. This meant that you as moderator had to spend extra time on uploading or typing the same content time after time.
Dear agenda producers in Prepare
We introduce a new user role in the committees, and at the same time we have chosen to clear up the names of the current user roles.
App version 5.1.1 is ready for download in the App Store. This app primarily contains a lot of bug fixes, minor improvements, and small news:
Prepare was yesterday unavailable from 10.29 to 10.48 due to crashes in our server setup.
We deeply apologize for the inconvenience. We solved the problem by restarting the affected servers and we have added even more monitoring to prevent this type of error from occurring again. No data has been lost during the outage.

In the manual meeting creation, it is now possible to split the agenda items into categories so that agenda items dealing with the same topic can be divided into groups.
The categories are added in the same way as the agenda items. In the meeting creation, a new button "Add Category" has been added that you can name and drag up or down in the agenda, just as you add the agenda items.
Once you have added a category to the items, it is no longer possible to use the "Sort" function.
The "Add Category" button will be added to your manual meeting creation during week 35 - the final activation will be at the end of the day Friday, August 31st. If you want to have the button activated already, you can send an email to the support at email@example.com
We have cleared up the meeting creation so historical committees are no longer visible in the committee selection list when you create a new meeting.
At the request of several agenda collectors, only active committees are listed on the list, so "old" committees do not interfere when you create a meeting. See example of the change below.

By mid-August 2018, we are phasing out iOS 9
This means that users who have not updated their iPads for iOS 10 or above will no longer be able to use the Prepare app. Users on iOS 9 or older versions will receive a message that the app is no longer supported by their iPad when they click the Prepare icon. Of course, these users will always be able to access Prepare via web access.
Now it's summer vacation :-) But before you pack the suitcase, it is important to ensure that there are more than one administrator in the house so that the end users can get help in your absence.

Agenda docuements and attachments can now be viewed in full screen on the web. Just like the iPad. As an improvement in the web, you can also choose whether the documents should be displayed vertically or horizontally. See how below:
The "page-overview" in the web-version of Prepare helps you get a quickly overview of your notes, shared comments and highlights. Just like in the Prepare app.
