We have changed the sender name of our SMS, from "31 16 53 99" to "Prepare". This will apply to all SMSs for password change, user creation and 2-factor login.
Now you can share comments with committee members, even if you are not in the committee.
Basically, it is only possible to share comments with the members you are in a committee with. This means that if you are not a member of a committee, the "Share comment" feature can not be selected at all.
But it is now possible to have a function enabled so non-members can start a shared comment with members in a committee.
We hope you have enjoyed your summer vacation and have charged your batteries to full power. We in First Agenda has used the summer to make a couple of updates connected to mail notifications. Read more below.
We have improved our way of saving notes and shared comments in the agendas, and a news for the "Share Comment" feature.
We will activate the improvements on your organization by Wednesday, June 28, 2017.
If you want the features activated immediately, please contact email@example.com
As an administrator, you can now disable the view of shared comments in email notifications.
We have enabled administrators to choose whether the participants' shared comments should be visible in the mail notifications or not.
It may be an advantage if you want to ensure that discussions about sensitive issues doesn't end up in the participants' inbox.
If the setting is off, meeting participants will still receive an email notification about a new shared comment, but the comment will not appear in the mail.
This setting applies to all committees throughout the organization.
You can disable the view of shared comments in mail notifications by clicking at "Settings" in the left side menu and disabling "Show shared comments in mail notifications"
In the user creation procress, we have made it more visible if a user is already created in the organization.
Today, it is not possible to invite a user into an organization if the user is created with an email that is already registered to another user in the organization.
Previously, when you wanted to create a new user, there was no visible information that the user had already been created - and might have been deactivated.
We've fixed the issue so a message will appear if an email address already exists on a user, whether the user is active in the organization or not.
We have released a new version of the app that is now ready for download in AppStore.
In version 4.0.25 we have corrected some minor bugs, but as something new, it is now possible to find a link to our support articles. Then meeting participants can quickly find answers to their questions if they need help with the use of First Agenda.
The link to the support articles can be found by clicking on the small setting icon in the lower left corner:
Expired password and other bug fixes
In this update, we've fixed a few minor bugs. Now, for example, you are allowed to change your expired password via the app again.
There was also a display problem with the information box in the frontpage of the meeting. This meant that the text was "cut out" in some cases, so the bottom lines were not visible.
Please update the app immediately
In a short time, we will launch new features for the "Share comment" function. Among other things, there is an opportunity to rename your conversations. This will help you to get an overview of your shared comments, instead of displaying a number of names that you have recently shared comments with. For example, you can rename the conversation to "the Board" or other relevant names. However, in order to benefit from the new features, you need to update the First Agenda app to the latest version as soon as possible.
We have made a number of updates and added a few new possibilities to the Note and shared comments functions.
When you log in First Agenda, simply look for a green check mark on the right side of the frontpage. It tells you that everything is okay and running as it should be.
However, if there is anything that is affecting the performance, you will se an orange exclamation point along with a brief message about what the performance disturbtion is about and what the status is.
Once the problem is solved, the exclamation mark and the message will disappear and you will see the green check mark again.
